Due to space limitations, we can only accept the first 50 abstracts that we receive for student posters.
Dead line for abstract submission to the Student Poster Competition is September 25, 2016.
IMPORTANT: Please note that this submission cycle is only for the Student Poster Competition. Submissions to any other Track will be ignored in the database.
In the drop-down menu box on the abstract submission page, please scroll all the way to the bottom to find and submit to the track titled: 'Student Poster Competition | SP-1'.

Submission Guidelines
1. A title*
2. List of all authors and their affiliations*
3. An abstract (350 words maximum)*
4. Contact information for corresponding author (phone and email)*
5. Contact information for presenter if different from corresponding author (phone and email)*
6. Optional attachment of abstract and bio
7. A one-paragraph bio for the presenter that includes full name, credentials, current job title and current affiliation (150 word maximum)
8. A color, high-resolution portrait photo for the presenter (please use presenter's last name in file name) - your portrait photo will show up in the program and attendee list in the SES2016 mobile phone app
